Class Descriptions :

Hatha Yoga:
Integration between flow of postures, breath and mental focus with an emphasis on refining and holding postures.

Vinyasa Yoga:
An active class emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility, balance and grace through the use of vinyasa-postures linked through the synchronization of breath with movement.

Pilates:
This class focuses on the  powerhouse or core. It is from within the abdominal region of your body that we support the spine and all of our major organs. When you strengthen this area you dramatically improve your alignment and posture.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion:
A perfect combination of two very popular classes fused together making this class challenging and relaxing. Strengthen your core and get a relaxing stretch all in one class.

Butts and Guts:
A class focusing on the two  trouble areas. Crunches, squats, lunges and many other challenging exercises geared to tone the  butts and guts

Cycle Zone:
An indoor cycling class created to challenge both the beginner fitness enthusiast and the seasoned athlete. Each ride on the bike helps to increase your cardiovascular endurance, reduce body fat, increase muscular strength and improve flexibility.

Cycle & Abs:
A cycle class incorporating abdominal work at the end of class.

Power Core:
A 30 minute class focusing on strengthening the deep muscles of the abdomen and low back known as the core. The class is a must for any fitness enthusiast, cyclist, runner or triathlete needing to strengthen the stabilizer muscles. The results: A lean, powerful and sculpted core!

Step Express:
A continuous cardiovascular workout using standard step or more then one step movements or patterns.

Step, Kick, Pump:
Three great combinations- Step, kickboxing, and toning all in one class. Perfect for busy professionals!

Total Body Conditioning:
This class starts with a warm up, then covers the entire body, working all muscle groups with resistance training using weights, bands and medicine balls plus cardiovascular conditioning. This conditioning class includes awesome abs and a final stretch warm down. Perfect for increasing lean muscle mass and losing fat!

Total Body Stretch:
A perfect starting point for anyone interested in a relaxing, rejuvenating stretch!
