Sports Supplementation

This element will provide athletes with an additional focus on maintaining proper nutrients and calories.  Athletes need an extra intake of vitamins, mineral and other supplements.  Which ones?  How much?  It depends on the individual.  Let our Registered Dietician and Licensed Nutritionist and  Exercise Physiologists guide you as to which supplements are good for you!  We will teach you the truth about supplementation, as well as a safe and effective way to use them to your advantage.
